1. Booking and Payments
To secure our services for your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer of 33% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding date.
2. Creative Control
Jones Co Creative retains full creative control over the production and editing of all photography and videography content. While we welcome your input and ideas, the final decision on the artistic direction, editing, and delivery of the final product rests with our team. We strive to deliver a product that aligns with our style and meets your expectations.
3. Delivery and Usage
Final edited photos will be delivered on average of 6 weeks and no more than 10 weeks after the wedding. Final edited videos will be delivered on average of 3 months and no more than 5 months after the wedding. You will receive digital copies through a secure online gallery, and any physical products will be shipped to the provided address. Jones Co Creative reserves the right to use any images or videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality photography and videography services that meet your expectations. To qualify for the guarantee, you must notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving the teasers from your engagement session, detailing your concerns. We will review your feedback and, if we determine that the quality of the product does not meet the standards outlined in our agreement, we will issue a refund of up to 100% of the total amount paid so far. This guarantee is subject to our review and approval and does not apply to dissatisfaction based on creative differences.
